Finishing … More than scratching the surface

From our spray area to our drying and curing space, nothing is left to chance or the elements. Both facilities are climate-controlled, which means that every structural component we process is painted and cured at the optimum temerature for the application. Each piece remains inside our facility until it has cured properly and is ready to return to the client.

Systems … A formula for success

At PFS our formula is simple … stick to the system. Our reputation is based on our ability to precisely conform to our clients' specifications while meeting industry standards for both quality and safety as an Associated Member of the SSPC (The Society for Protective Coatings). Our mission at PFS is to ensure that our clients achieve long-term benefits and success through business partnerships with us.

A Custom Shop for Every Job

Not every shop can handle custom jobs. At PFS, we customize our facilities to fit the requirements of your job. Experienced technicians with multi-industry project experience provide quick turnaround. Our two, large, climate-controlled facilities feature three overhead cranes for lift capacity of 100,000+ lbs and modular blast rooms and paint areas. Whatever your need, PFS can make it happen.

A Growing Base of Satisfied Customers

Our clients come from all over the country, our work can be found all over the world. Our clients include the US military and government; local and state governments; petroleum and chemical refining industries; structural and miscellaneous steel industries; and the pulp and paper industries. We handle pipe spool and production-run pieces as well as more unusual projects. The largest decompression chamber in the world was blasted, primed and painted at our Kaukauna facility before being shipped to the Florida Keys.
